Who we are

Sanitary engineering and utility networks

Creotec sp. z o.o. is a contracting and design company based in Katowice, specialising in sanitary engineering and utility networks. We deliver contracts for strategic clients - Orlen, PGE, LOTAMS, Panattoni - and for the public sector.

We cover six construction specialisations - water, sewer, gas, fire-fighting and district heating networks, plus sheet piling - and three supporting services: a design office, surveying and construction supervision. All with our own teams, under a single EPC model.

Our largest contracts are delivered in consortia with Polimex Mostostal, Polimex Infrastruktura and Siemens Energy - including Package K-003 of the Olefins III complex, worth PLN 3.87bn.

How we build - the EPC model

One contractor. Full scope.

Design, construction, surveying and construction supervision are delivered by our own teams - with no chain of subcontractors. Fewer interfaces, a shorter schedule and one party accountable for the result.

Design

Our own design office - from concept to detailed design. The design is produced by the same team that later builds it.

Construction

Works carried out by our own crews with our own plant. Delivery independence = control over schedule and quality.

Surveying

Setting-out and as-built surveys in-house - built into the construction schedule, with no waiting for a subcontractor.

Construction supervision

Supervision from design through to handover. Safety and punctuality - measured and reported at every stage.

Plant fleet

Our own plant - independence in delivery

We run our own plant fleet - over 80 units for earthworks, network and specialist works. Owning the plant means controlling the schedule: we do not wait for subcontractors' machines to become available.
