Sanitary / Utility Works Site Manager
We are looking for a site manager to run construction of sanitary and transmission networks for industrial and public projects.
About the role
As site manager you will be responsible for delivering network contracts - from taking over the work front through to handover. You will work with Creotec's own construction crews and directly with contract management, on projects for strategic clients.
Responsibilities
- Organising and supervising works on water, sewer, gas, district heating or fire-fighting networks
- Coordinating in-house gangs and plant, and monitoring progress against the schedule
- Keeping site and handover records, working with the surveying team and construction supervision
- Maintaining health, safety and quality on site - including on live operating plants
- Liaising with the client and coordinating with other disciplines
Requirements
- Construction licence to manage works in the installation speciality (networks, sanitary or gas installations)
- Experience on external network or sanitary installation sites
- Knowledge of construction law, standards and health and safety rules
- Category B driving licence and willingness to work on sites in various locations
Nice to have
- Experience on industrial or power sector projects
- Familiarity with EPC delivery
- Ability to read multi-discipline documentation
